The Washington Township Regional Sewage District is formed as a unit of local government under the Trustee, who appoints the Board members.  They are appointed for staggered three year terms.  Officers are elected annually at the January meeting.

We have no employees; all work is performed by contract.

Conflict of Interest statements are prepared annually, when required.  They are kept on file at the Attorney’s office.  A current Conflict of Interest statement is on file for  Patty Jackson (Bookkeeper), wife of Board Member Gary Jackson.

Audits are performed by the State of Indiana following their regular schedule. Audit results are available for inspection via request sent to the address below.
