Those Present: Carroll Steele, Ron Repp, Rick Wheeler, David Lewis and Edward Arthur.

There was no electric power this evening, however with the aid of flashlights we were able to conduct a short meeting.

All warrants were signed and some bills discussed.

Discussed the legal letter sent to delinquent accounts by David Lewis with Mr. Lewis. Discussed the fact that letters should be sent to legal property owners as well. He will do this.

The County Commissioners have invited our board to attend a meeting along with all sewer boards in the county to discuss boundaries of distracts and county wide sewage. This is to be held 2/5/01, 5 P.M. at the court house.

February 3, 2001 6:30 P.M.

Those Present: Carroll Steele, Rick Wheeler, Edward Arthur, David Lewis, Gary Jackson and Ron Repp.  Discussed in depth with our Attorney, David Lewis our various delinquent accounts and which ones of these we should file suit on. He is to begin taking action on this in the next few days.

Discussed the problem or misunderstanding on the Higdon apt. monthly charge. He was invited to attend, but did not show. It will continue as it has always been, 3 minimum bills or the usage, whichever is greater.

Discussed our on-going audit by the State Board of Accounts.
