Minutes from the December 18, 2023 meeting were presented. Motion to approve minutes was made
by Austin Wiggam, 2nd by Todd Webb. Board approved.
Rick Wheeler updated the Board on the past months activities.
Past due accounts were discussed. No actions were taken.
Gary Jackson handed out the December 2023 Financial Reports for the Board to review.
Gary Jackson had 2024 Contracts for Rick Wheeler, Pat Jackson and Sara Powell to sign.
A motion to pay the December 2023 bills was made by Greg Hostettler, 2nd by Austin Wiggam. Board
approved.
A motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:52 pm was made by Austin Wiggam, 2nd by Todd Webb. Board
approved.

Minutes from the January 15, 2024 meeting were presented. Motion to approve minutes was made by
Austin Wiggam, 2nd by Jay Thompson. Board approved.
Rick Wheeler updated the Board on the past months activities. Informed the Board of intentions to
resign once a replacement has been found.
Discussed problems at the Kettlebottom Lift Station, pumps are needing to be replaced. Austin Wiggammade a motion to purchase 2 new pumps from Streaffer Pump, Todd Webb 2nd . Board approved.
Past due accounts were discussed. No actions were taken.

A discussion was held about auctioning off the old International Tractor, taking it to Hollis Auction in
Greenville for their April 13 th auction. Jay Thompson made a motion to proceed with this, Todd Webb 2nd . Board approved.
A motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 pm was made by Austin Wiggam, 2nd by Todd Webb. Board
approved.
